Everyone probably has a favorite dinosaur. Mine happens to be Allosaurus fragilis. While the popular Tyrannosaurus would rule the Cretaceous world, Allosaurus was the undisputed King of the Jurassic.
This site is dedicated to all things prehistoric, especially the dinosaurs and especially leaning heavily toward my favorite. I've been fortunate to view Allosaurus skeleton mounts around the world, but I like all dinosaurs in general.
The art to the left is one of my favorites of Allosaurus and it is by Brett Booth, a fairly well-known comic illustrator who also likes to draw dinosaurs. The happy character here Brett calls "Fluffy" and was one of the first dinosaur illustrations I know of to feature feathery accessories.
In 2000, I happened to run across Brett's work and my wife bought me one of his outstanding drawings of a Allosaur family pack (featured in the art section). Since then I've purchased three more Brett carnosaur prints.
